Hey Reader, As we move through Day 26 of Threads, I want to pause and remind you of something simple but powerful: gratitude is worship. No matter what this week looks like for you; whether you’re surrounded by loved ones, resting quietly, or just trying to make it through, God is present. He’s weaving goodness into every detail, even the ones that don’t make sense yet. This week, take a moment to breathe, reflect, and thank Him — not just for what’s gone right, but for His constant presence through it all. Gratitude repositions our hearts and reminds us that we are deeply cared for by the One who never lets go. You’re doing beautifully. Keep showing up, one verse, one prayer, one thread at a time. Also, if you haven’t already, head to the YouTube Community to answer this week’s Bible Quiz question, In the Garden of Gethsemane, what did Jesus pray before His arrest? Lastly, For those who celebrate Thanksgiving, I pray you and your family have a joyful and peaceful holiday, full of moments to reflect on God’s goodness. With love, P.S.If you haven’t already, check out my latest YouTube video: How The Bible Was Written (And Why It Matters). We’re looking at the three major writing styles woven throughout the Bible—and why recognizing them can completely transform the way you read and connect with God’s Word

Hey Reader, In Day 24 of Threads, we’re reminded of one of the most beautiful and comforting images of Jesus — our Good Shepherd. In John 10:11–14, Jesus says, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” These words reveal the heart of a Savior who doesn’t simply watch over His flock from a distance, but who steps into our lives with tenderness, guidance, and sacrifice. This moment in Scripture connects all the way back to David, the shepherd-king who penned...
